This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home’s full bathroom includes a stone single vanity and shower/tub combo.

•Garage parking available for 1 vehicle with additional parking on the street as needed on a first come, first served basis.

This home is located in the West End neighborhood, a desirable location with major attractions within minutes of the property. 1. Must be 21+ to book.
2. No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
3. We're delighted to accommodate small events if they adhere to our house rules, overnight guests do not exceed the maximum occupancy, and you and your party are respectful of all local noise ordinances, neighbors and community rules.
4. Should we find that the group is being disrespectful to the property or neighbors in any way, we reserve the right to take action, including charging additional fees and eviction if necessary.
5. Vacation rental use only.
6. Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
7. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
8. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
9. Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
10. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
11. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
12. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
13. Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
14. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
15. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
16. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
17. Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
18. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
19. Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
20. Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
21. Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
