Located within the Gatlinburg Summit community, you’ll literally be above it all, with scenery stretching for miles into the distance. Skiers and fun seekers alike will love the proximity of Ober Gatlinburg just below the condominiums, the sparkling lights of downtown visible during the evening hours. Guests will also enjoy onsite amenities such as the seasonal (Memorial Day – Labor Day) outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool, two indoor spas, a playground, and barbeque grill area.

From the Treetop Skywalk to Ripley’s Aquarium and everything in between, the city of Gatlinburg has something for everyone. Trailheads for hiking and biking at your own pace and difficultly level are nearby, as are alpine coasters and zipline tours winding you in and out of the forested surroundings. For the adults, a day’s escape awaits at any one of the several local wineries where you can stop in and sample their finest vintage. If you’re up for a day trip, a short drive will place you in the neighboring towns of Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, and Sevierville, each offering its own unique culture and array of attractions.

The home’s interior offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic-chic charm, where open spaces invite you to relax and connect during your well-earned downtime. Sink into plush living room sofa and armchair seating while you surf the channels on the mounted TV, the fireplace keeping you warm and toasty during the cooler months. The dining table can seat up to 6 for all your meals as well as play host to an evening of fun and games. The well-equipped kitchen offers just what you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks in the convenience of home, with plentiful counterspace and cabinetry for storage.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

2. Must be 21+ to book.
3. No events, parties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved. We're delighted to accommodate small events if they adhere to our house rules, overnight guests do not exceed the maximum occupancy, and you and your party are respectful of all local noise ordinances, neighbors and community rules. Should we find that the group is being disrespectful to the property or neighbors in any way, we reserve the right to take action, including charging additional fees and eviction if necessary.
4. Vacation rental use only.
5. Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
6. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
7. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
8. Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
9. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
10. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
11. Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
12. Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
13. Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
14. Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
15. Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
16. Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
17. Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
18. Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
19. Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
20. Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
