Urban Steam is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch, as they offer both waffles and coffee. They also have panini and co*cktails, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and chat with friends.

This place was wonderful! Advertising waffles, coffee, and whiskey. We went for a tapas style dinner and it was great! We split 5 things are we both stuffed. I highly recommend the polenta cake! The service was quick and friendly. The music was adjusted while we were there to be more family friendly as it was mostly families by the time we were leaving. Cheers 🍻

Nit a bad place at all, however the service is not very good. Their is a nice variety on the menu and the environment is also quite nice. Dish quality varies by each dish. They have a tendency to burn the chicken breading but overall the plates are quiet good. The serving size value is excellent and the price matches well for the quantity and quality. I'd give them a try but not drive accross town for it.

The service was great, the food delicious and the atmosphere happy. Our dishes were the "Colorado Poutine bowl", the "Classic Brekkie", the "Chicken Biscuit" with a side of gravy, and the "Stuffed French Toast" with peaches. Quite an enjoyable experience all in all.

Really cool place. Food was really good. The French dip had quality sliced roast beef. I also had a chai tea that was creamy, spicy and delicious. Our server was helpful and warm. She gave us all the great recommendations. Definitely coming back!

I went two Saturdays ago for brunch and it took us over half an hour before our server took our order. It wasn't even that the restaurant was busy, but the server was obviously new and didn't receive any help from other staff. He looked at our table multiple times and would just walk by and go clean a table. We didn't get our food for almost an hour of sitting there - and we weren't the only ones. The food was pretty good so it was a shame the service wasn't. I felt bad for the server.

Great little place to have breakfast. Coffee was superb! Good variety of menu options made with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff, good background music that still allows for conversations. Enjoyed the vibe, layout and decor. I would've given them 5 stars if they would expand their menu to have more vegan options, like tofu.

Super cute little place off the Main Street with an amazing view. Our server was so friendly and suggested tons of options for us out of towners. Food was good was lacking a little seasoning, however overall experience was great. Plus kudos to the music selection.

I went on a Monday and they were out of a few things. Maybe because they had a busy weekend? I had lunch there. The food was pretty good. They have coffee drinks as well as alcohol (time of day dependent). The breakfast menu looked really good too! The atmosphere is pretty neat as well.

Amazing food!! A lot of options and all are full of flavor and variety. Personal favorite is Pork Belly Tacos with quail eggs, yummmmm! However, cleanliness is hurting, so much dust on windows, drinking glasses are a bit stained.Otherwise, every one of the workers is very chill and nice. Love the atmosphere.

Delicious. Large portions. Only drawback was soda were in cans, so no refills. Great selection of music and the lemon cake dessert was amazing!

The food was okay, but the service is what gets this restaurant two stars. The food took forever so don’t come here if you don’t have at least two hours to burn. The cups are dirty and smell like wet dog. The server was rolling her eyes and acting annoyed when we asked for things like a new straw or a refill on a drink. Those items also took forever to come. For what you get, the food is also expensive. There’s other places around town with way better food, service, and pricing. The best part about the meal was when food actually did come out of the kitchen, all of the tables eyes were on the server praying that was their food. Lastly, they tack on a hidden “hospitality” fee. It’s not much but don’t let it surprise you. Based off the responses to other comments, this business won’t be in business much longer.

Beware! Urban Steam ads an 8% "service fee" to their bills without letting you know. I asked the waitress what the deal is, and she said the manager didn't want to raise prices as their expenses went up. Why not be honest and either raise the price or let us know about the fee in advance? That's pretty shady. As for the food, my wife and her family enjoyed their meals a lot; mine was just okay (the chicken biscuit and gravy sandwich). The flavor is good, but it's slightly overcooked every time I get it.

Perfect breakfast spot. It has a cool diner vibe in an area getting revitalized. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They seem to work as a very cohesive team. My daughter loved the Nutella stuffed French toast, my son loved the chicken and waffles, and the breakfast burrito and boss bowl were really good. The management let us sit at the bar since the tables were full which was really fun and made for a unique experience. We highly recommend this place.

I love this establishment so much. I asked how long was the wait and the host said about 30 minutes, then he saw a table getting up and said to give him a few minutes to wipe it down and he’ll sit me and my kiddos down. My server was sweet and so kind. I felt so needy but she answered any questions I had and had no problems meeting my needs. The vibe is nice! I love the atmosphere in there. The food is DELICIOUS! Omg the mimosas are so good. I had a blood orange mimosa, a pineapple mimosa, and grapefruit mimosa (I ordered a bottle of champagne with three juice choices). I also had a friend to tag along with me and she was running a bit behind but no one cared, they was so understanding and didn’t rush her or make me give up my table since all parties weren’t there. I would give ten stars if I could. Omg the bathrooms are clean too ! Food is reasonable priced.

This place is exceptional! The only complaint is that we came in on a Saturday morning at 9 am , and there was no server , however the gentleman who seated us took care of us right away! Great environment , delicious food and phenomenal coffee

Great food and great service. It was extremely slow the day I went, but it was very chill. Although the TV was pretty loud and couldn't hear my family in a conversation sadly. And it was in what looked like a shady neighborhood, but still a good stop for a relaxing time. Had the "Triple Double" Burger with Black Truffle Fries, and it was amazing. Not a place I would take kids sadly, but the food and drinks were definitely hearty. I would love to try them for breakfast if I'm ever in the downtown area during that time. Their waffles sound good too.

You get a great portion of food for the price and the seasoning and everything was well put together I really enjoyed it. And the drinks were great as well, nice balance of alcohol.

This is a great place to stop by and enjoy a good meal or brunch. I ordered their guava mimosa and wow was it amazing.

I recently visited Urban Stream, an American bistro in an industrial area, tucked away at the end of Sierra Madre Street. Despite its charming atmosphere, the parking situation was quite troublesome, with limited street parking and a small, full parking lot. To accommodate overflow, they had outdoor seating, but it wasn't ideal due to the overcast weather.Unfortunately, our experience with the parking incident was marred when a member of our party was backing into a spot, only for someone else to rudely take it without hesitation. Moreover, there was significant loitering by the parking lot with homeless people, making us feel uncomfortable though not necessarily unsafe.Upon entering, we were informed that the kitchen was short-staffed, which explained the slow service. However, it was nice of them to give us a heads-up right from the beginning. The waitress was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome despite the slight delay. The ambiance inside the bistro was delightful, and I loved the impressive murals on the walls. The bar area was well-kept and fully stocked, adding to the overall charm of the place.I opted for tea, and I must say, it was quite good. As for the food, we decided to split the sunrise burrito, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The burrito was very tasty, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urban Stream. One thing to note is that they already include a hospitality fee in the bill. Since we were a party of three, this may be something to keep in mind while planning your budget for the visit as we were taken back by it.In conclusion, despite the initial parking hassle and discomfort around the area, the experience at Urban Stream was positive overall. The friendly service, delightful ambiance, and delicious food made it a memorable visit. I would gladly return to savor more of their delectable offerings and enjoy the inviting atmosphere.
